摘要: The increase in cell size and the activities of wall lytic enzymes during fruit growth supported by mesocarp enlargement have been studied peach freestone cultivar Redhaven. Four stages (S1-S4) were observed. Cell formation intercellular spaces directly correlated with diameter. Cellulase exopolygalacturonase showed highest activity first stage fast (S1), while endopolygalacturonase increased last (S4), when reached its final ripening started.
