摘要: Tight junctions (TJs) of epithelia are responsible for integrity polarized epithelial cells. It is now well established that the deregulation their functions and expressions contribute to initiation progression cancer through activation cytoskeleton machinery. The aim this study was examine expression level two genes encoding tight junction-associated proteins Jam2 Jam3 in gastric adenocarcinoma compare with normal tissues dissected from same patients. Significant difference these observed between tumor adjacent tissues. Also, we analyzed actin filament-associated protein gene appears be a downstream factor JAM2 JAM3. significantly higher Some correlations each other pathological features were observed. These data brought new evidences role three adenocarcinoma.
