摘要: In this study, field experiments with wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) were conducted consecutively for 2 years. The main objective was to determine (1) effect of seed priming auxin (IAA), zinc (Zn) or manganese (Mn) on growth and yield parameters under dry land farming; (2) influence on-farm Azospirillum conditions. the response dryland soaking seeds in water, 2 ppm IAA, 0.2% Mn solution aqueous Zn without zeae inoculation investigated condition. Total grain significantly enhanced water primed i.e., 1273 kg ha−1 (6.8%) as compared 1191 kg ha−1 plants from non-primed seeds. Difference between IAA not significant when 1372 kg ha−1 (15%) 1440 kg ha−1 (20%) solution. Grain increased inoculated Azospirillum, 1411 kg ha−1 (8%) 1191 t ha−1 non-Azospirillum-inoculated Yield parameters, tiller no. per m−2, number spike, 1000-grain weight, all affected by treatments inoculation. Grains high nitrogen phosphorous content recorded treatment where Azospirillum. present followed is a approach enhance nutrients (N P) content.
