摘要: Cadmium exposure contributes to internal organ dysfunction and the development of chronic diseases. The aim study was assess alleviating effect α-lipoic acid and/or magnesium on cadmium-induced oxidative stress disorders in bone metabolism, kidney liver function, hematological biochemical parameters changes. Male rats were exposed cadmium (30 mg Cd/kg feed) for three months. Some animals Cd supplemented with (150 Mg/kg (100 mg/kg body weight, four times a week). intake inhibited weight gain lowered hemoglobin concentration, whereas it increased activities enzymes, as well level stress, CTX-1 (C-terminal telopeptide type I collagen, resorption marker), CRP (C-reactive protein, marker inflammation); decreased vitamin D3, GSH (reduced glutathione), serum urea nitrogen/creatinine index. Mg supplementation antioxidant potential, partially normalized studied parameters. obtained results show that both decrease inflammatory marker, normalize metabolism function. Combined reinforcement protective effect; especially, increases defense.
