摘要: The penetration of levallorphan, a synthetic morphinan known to interact with the cytoplasmic membrane E. coli, is seriously limited by outer membrane. To select target-resistant mutants rather than mutants, two-step procedure was developed, which involved selection penicillin an "intermediate" parental strain decreased barrier and subsequent positive levallorphan-tolerant pseudo-revertant clones. Unlike direct selection, this technique yielded various types in morphology, septation ability, growth rate were greatly affected. Images
