摘要: Patients in countries with high HBV endemicity tend to have perinatal transmission of hepatitis B, whereas those low horizontal infection adolescence or early adulthood. Universal infant immunization could effectively reduce the prevalence approximately 10% before vaccination program. Important factors affecting HBsAg seroconversion included maternal HBeAg status, virus genotypes, and host effects.
