摘要: Rats with lesions restricted primarily to the dorsal hippocampus were compared shamoperated controls in a barpress conditioned suppression paradigm. Training on baseline involved temporally chaining different stimuli (CSs), each 30 sec duration, and began CS1, followed by shock unconditioned stimulus (US). When criteria for reached CS1-US, animal was advanced CS2-CS1-US. progressed this way CS4-CS3-CS2-CS1-US. The rats hippocampal learned CS1-US as rapidly did, but they progressively failed relative training other CSs. This problem is interpreted temporal analogue of spatial sequence complex maze learning, lesion-induced deficit an inability develop expectancies. We argue analysis deficits terms established phenomena conditioning.
