摘要: Neurosecretory cells of the rat show a remarkably high content lysosomes which usually occur as so-called dense bodies (Osinchak, 1964). It can be assumed, therefore, that these organelles play an important, but yet unknown, role in function neurosecretory cell (Pilgrim, 1967). To investigate this problem, paraventricular and supraoptic nuclei were examined electron microscope rats under normal conditions, after withdrawal water for 8–14 days, following recovery period. Attention was focussed mainly on formation could shown to develop three ways.
