摘要: A microelectrode chip was developed for total phosphorus determination. The is based on a pair of electrodes with 23 μm width, 17 spacing, and 20μm heights, formed three-dimensional double coils microstructure, which can increase the electric field strength between electrodes, enhance generation — collection effect, current density. Enzyme gold nanoparticles were modified working electrode surface by method SAMs. achieved high response signal got sensitivity low detection limit.
