摘要: Raman excitation profiles for homogeneously deformed single-walled carbon nanotubes are calculated and systematically analyzed. A number of attractive apparent effects significant in designing electromechanical devices caused by torsion uniaxial strain. The shift radial breathing mode (RBM) phonon energies due to deformation is negligible. linear dependence electronic transition energy on confirmed it found that the slope strongly related chiral angle tube. It also shown some tubes covers entire visible-light interval, making them perfectly tunable light absorbers. Two types compared, a relaxed (slow) an adiabatic (fast) one. more sensitive deformation, which can be useful optomechanical device designing. Raman profile (9,9) nanotube under torsion.
