摘要: While photosystem II (PSII) of plants utilizes light for photosynthesis, part the absorbed energy may be reverted back and dissipated as long-term fluorescence (delayed or DF). Because generation DF is coupled with processes forward photosynthetic activities, contains information about plant physiological states plant-environment interactions. This makes a potentially powerful biosensing mechanism to measure activities environmental conditions. has attracted interest many researchers, some aspects it are still unknown because complexity system. In order provide holistic picture usefulness DF, meaningful summarize research on applications. this short review, available literature applications from PSII summarized.
