摘要: Abstract As an interesting thermal device, the vortex tube (VT) uses instantaneous expansion process of compressed gas to provide conditions for cooling and heating usages. At beginning entry into chamber, is forced be guided in pipe path by a piece named navigator. This has small angle guide longitudinally, this very important effect on efficiency VT. research investigates impact navigator (0–15 deg) energy separation internal velocity variations (swirl axial). The results show that 10 deg creates highest capabilities as well values axial also swirl drop. When increases from 15 deg, cold temperature difference changes 22.32 K 17.37 K, which indicates 22.19% decrease difference. Also, increase 0 deg 5 deg leads 4.28% 1.2% improvement hot measurements inside VT are compared confirmed other valid researches.
