摘要: Abstract Regional ventilation per unit alveolar volume (V/ Va ) and regional lung expansion (FRC R /TLC were measured in twelve normal male human subjects seated, supine, lateral decubitus prone postures using a gamma camera inhalation of the radioactive gases 81 Kr m (half-life 13 sec) 85 4.4 h). FRC decreased from superior to inferior all except where it was uniform;V increased position uniform. In horizontal axis V uniformly distributed for cranial caudal gradients (with lower values caudally) supine postures. posture tended be higher zones.
