摘要: The thermal excitation of materials with a periodic heat flux or temperature modulated in time is reliable and accurate tool usually applied to determine properties, through techniques such as thermoreectance, photothermal radiometry, 3ω, photoacoustics, thermal-wave resonant cavity, etc. Moreover, over the past years, control has been improved by means phase-change (PCMs), whose internal structures are strongly driven their temperature, which results significant variations [1], optical [2], electrical [1] properties. Thermochromic (VO 2 , nitinol) superconductors examples PCMs, where material can be either an insulator phase, low thermal/electrical conductivity high emissivity, metallic one characterized emissivity. This metal-insulator transition (MIT) occurs at critical each PCM therefore used tune currents that exchanges environment, paves wave for novel applications.
