摘要: High-resolution spectroscopic imaging of the cross section ion-selective membranes and adjoining solution phases during real-time electrochemical measurement is termed as spectroelectrochemical microscopy (SpECM). The novel SpECM instrument utilizes wavelength-dispersive multispectral a thin membrane strip separating two sides four-electrode thin-layer cell. aimed tool for optimizing experimental conditions in mass transport-controlled electrode improved detection limit. Some capabilities new technique are demonstrated using fix site, chromoionophore-based, pH-sensitive model systems. results discussed light existing theory fixed-site membranes. quantitative expression time-dependent change free ionophore concentration across showed close correlation to recorded profiles.
