摘要: Red cell exchange using a separator (therapeutic erythrocytapheresis) has been used successfully in large number of clinical conditions including acute severe cases malaria. We report two children suffering from malaria (Plasmodium falciparum) with infestation rates 75% and 67% respectively. They were treated erythrocytapheresis combination antimalarial treatment.
