摘要: By the end of June 1999, 250 MW wind generation had been dedicated in State Iowa. This represents beginning what is likely to be significant capacity development during next 20 years as a result possible governmental mandates and consumers' desire for sustainable sources energy. After accounting predicted load growth over 15 years, we estimate Iowa's potential energy portfolio through year 2015. Winds Midwest are primarily generated by fronts moving region.
