摘要: Peroxidase cytochemistry and electron microscopy have revealed that resident macrophages from serous cavities tissues of several rodent species possess a peroxidatic activity (PA) which is exclusively localized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) including nuclear envelope (NE). In contrast, exudate elicited into peritoneal cavity with stimulants are considered as newly mobilized blood monocytes, only contain PA granules 1–4. On this basis, Daems Brederoo4 suggested existence two separate lines although Van Furth5 had presented findings showing also originate monocytes. More recently, it was reported6–8 human monocytes may rapidly develop vitro after adherence, RER resembles seen macrophages. Moreover, intermediate forms between been detected vivo by investigators9, 10. All these were more consistent theory derive However, pattern not yet described man while acquire adherence.
