摘要: IN recent years, ferromagnetic oxides have become of great interest for electrotechnical applications1,2. They are used in the form polycrystalline sintered materials. In order to get a better insight into properties material itself, without additional influence air pores, we started prepare these from melt. Moreover, hoped grow melts single crystals large enough magnetic measurements.
