摘要: Abstract The superconductivity of [BETS] 2 GaCl 4 , where BETS is bis(ethylenedithio)tetraselenafulvalene, discussed in terms electronic structure properties. critical temperature, T c for the organic superconductor suggested to be determined by energy splitting between two states with different spatial extent orbitals at Fermi level. energetically lowest superconducting state has localized confined moieties, whereas conventionally conducting delocalized along chains. calculations suggest that open-shell singlet pairs prerequisite accepting Cooper pairs.
