摘要: An integrated drive system assembly is provided that combines an electric motor, a power inverter and gearbox into single, multi-piece enclosure. Combining these components single enclosure reduces weight, complexity, volume, simplifies integration vehicle, manufacturing cost, allows the flexible lengthy electrical cables between motor to be replaced with short, low loss, rigid bus bars, component cooling by allowing use of common thermal management system. The includes liquid coolant loop thermally coupled gearbox.
