摘要: Trust in government has been declining for more than three decades now. E-government proposed as a way to increase citizen trust and improve evaluations of generally. Using two-stage models analyze recent Pew survey data, this research explores the relationship between e-government use, attitudes about e-government, government. There is statistically significant use local Web site, well other positive assessments federal governments.
