摘要: Abstract A quantum-dot electrode system was developed as a transducer surface for covalent immobilization of designed synthetic ApoB-100 specific probe, DNA hybridization and monitoring synthesis the sensitive detection R3500Q mutation apolipoprotein B-100 (ApoB-100) gene. CdS-QDs cause an improvement in fundamental characteristics interface, such its electroactive area, diffusion coefficient electron transfer kinetics. The sensing this biosensor offer suitable potential target oligonucleotide with limit 3.4×10 −17  M. Also, electrochemical responses single-stranded (ssDNA), were investigated using impedance spectroscopy (EIS). extracted genomic detected based on changes charge resistance (RCT) [Fe(CN) 6 ] 3−/4− redox probe. proposed can distinguish between normal sequence mutant gene, promising possibility to apply QD-based clinical investigations.
