摘要: The in vitro activities of several 14-, 15- and 16-membered macrolides were compared with that erythromycin. In general, 14-membered such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, flurithromycin more active against streptococci Bordetella pertussis than was the 15-membered macrolide azithromycin, which miocamycin rokitamycin. Clarithromycin most compound Streptococcus pyogenes, pneumococci, Listeria monocytogenes, Corynebacterium species. Legionella pneumophila susceptible to miocamycin, Branhamella catarrhalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae azithromycin. Azithromycin dirithromycin compounds Campylobacter jejuni. MICs for strains expressing inducible-type resistance erythromycin less or equal 1 microgram/ml, whereas none had activity constitutive-type resistance. roxithromycin, rokitamycin, josamycin increased presence human serum, other either unchanged decreased.
