摘要: Methods and apparatus for use in providing discounted call rates wireless communications are described. In one particular implementation, the method includes steps of receiving a record having an originating telephone number, terminating or more system identification codes (SIDs); determining whether SIDs included as part predetermined geographic area that is smaller than within boundaries home at least numbers; predefined relationship exists between number number; data indicative rate if it determined number.
