摘要: Abstract Insect-borne diseases are carried by insects affecting humans, animals or plants. They have the potential to generate massive outbreaks such as Zika epidemic in 2015–2016 mostly distributed Americas, Pacific and Southeast Asia, multi-foci outbreak caused bacterium Xylella fastidiosa Europe 2010s. In this article, we propose analyze behavior of a spatially-explicit compartmental model adapted pathosystems with fixed hosts mobile vectors disseminating disease. The based on system partial differential equations is complementarily characterized via theoretical study its equilibrium states numerical transient phase using global sensitivity analysis. results discussed terms implications concerning surveillance control disease over medium-to-long temporal horizon.
