A Method for Simulation of Microstructure Evolution in 980MPa-ULCB Steels during On-Line Heating Treatment

摘要: Influence of the off line heating treatment parameter on microstructure a high strength steel plate was studied system previously. However, information about effect on-line process ultra-high plate, especially with tensile 980MPa or above, is limited due to lack effective method simulation for process. A method, which preformed thermo-mechanical simulator, evolution ULCB after accelerated cooling. By means observation original and morphologies varied process, present results demonstrate characterizations before while also distribution M(C, N) particles lath boundaries interior volume fraction average size M/A island.
