摘要: We propose a two-stage, separate cochannel interference (CCI) and intersymbol (ISI) reduction technique using space-time processing. CCI ISI are two major sources in wireless communication, they the limiting factors performance capacity of cellular network. However because different characteristics between ISI, algorithms designed to simultaneously reduce both interferences tend combat more ignore CCI, which causes degradation equalizer. Further more, MLSE-type can effectively while MMSE-type robust CCI. These considerations motivate us derive two-stage reduction: first stage uses MMSE equalizer preserving structure desired signal; second Viterbi ISI. Space-time processing assures spatial temporal diversities fully captured difference properties signals explored. Simulation results show proposed approach leads good GSM scenario even at low carrier-to-interference ratio.
