摘要: The present study was carried out to find the occurrence and types of Salmonella in street vended foods associated environment, their resistance pattern against various antibiotics. About 1075 food environment samples were processed for isolation confirmation different spp. by targeting gene specific invA serotype Sdf I, Via B Spy genes PCR. Selected isolates screened antibiotic using Baeur–Kirby disk diffusion test. Out samples, only 31 (2.88%) could be amplified which 19 recovered from meat vendors; 8 egg vendors while remaining 4 milk vendors. Though, majority raw ready-to-eat like chicken gravy rasmalai also showed its presence pose a serious public health threat. Overall, 19, 6 1 S. Typhimurium, Enteritidis Typhi detected PCR 5 not suggesting other type Salmonella. completely Oxacillin (100%) followed Cefoxitin (30.43%) Ampicillin (26.10%). Thus, it is observed that animal origin play an important role transmission borne pathogens including
