摘要: [1] In the French Alps, Sechilienne rockslide is one of natural phenomena that presents highest levels risk in terms socioeconomical outcomes. This has been active for a few decades and instrumented since 1985. The current very volume this estimated to be up 5 million m3, located on border slowly moving mass reaching 50–100 m3. velocity most zone reached 1.4 m/yr 2008, about twice value 2000. A seismic network was installed May 2007 supplement monitoring system. It now recorded several thousand events, mostly rockfalls but also hundreds local regional earthquakes, which can distinguished classified from their signal characteristics. Rockfalls microseismicity, occur bursts activity, are found weakly, significantly, correlated with rainfall. Rockfall occurrence increases linearly precipitation, however strong fluctuations numbers per day same rainfall intensity. No threshold triggering, even 1 mm rain being enough trigger rockfalls. activity starts almost immediately during episode lasts days after Rain induces accelerations movement, start quasi-instantaneously last month.
