摘要: Two different cognitive models of obsessive-compulsive symptoms were evaluated. One model [Salkovskis, P. M. (1985). Obsessional-compulsive problems a cognitive-behavioral analysis. Behaviour Research and Therapy, 23, 571-583.] gives central necessary role to beliefs appraisals concerning responsibility. The other [Wells, A. (1997). Cognitive therapy anxiety disorders: practice manual conceptual guide. Chichester, UK: Wiley.] attaches metacognitive about the meaning danger thoughts/feelings need for control. We tested unique contributions responsibility or metacognitions whilst controlling their intercorrelations worry. Consistent with each model, positively associated symptoms, even when worry was controlled for. However, not controlled, but relationship between independent Responsibility did add anything variance in explained by metacognitions. data provide further support model.
