摘要: RNA interference (RNAi) is a powerful, quick, and easy technique to reduce the expression of particular gene. However, investigators need consider several steps for experiments, including design siRNA, an efficient delivery method, means monitoring biological effects siRNA introduced. Adipocytes have long been recognized as one most difficult cell types in which perform gene delivery. In this chapter, three distinct transfection methods obtain high efficiency knockdown are described. The shRNA also compared.
