摘要: The aim of these experiments is to study the oxygen mass transfer rate by means coefficient, for a stirred bioreactor and different fermentation broths, using large domain operating variables. For quantifying effects considered factors (concentration morphology biomass, specific power input, superficial air velocity surface aeration) on k\a, were carried out non-respirating biomass suspensions Propionibacterium shermanii Saccharomyces cerevisiae Penicillium chrysogenum, mycelial aggregates (pellets) free mycelia morphological structures.
