摘要: Recently, person-organization fit has been shown to relate a number of positive workrelated outcomes. However, the relationship between and career success not yet directly examined. The present study provides first investigation this relationship. Graduates from industrial relations programs in two large universities were surveyed assess their preferences for particular organizational environments, level they had attained, nature environments which worked. Results indicated that was significant predictor both extrinsic measures (salary, job promotions received), intrinsic Gob life satisfaction). Implications results individuals organizations are discussed.
