摘要: We conducted two experiments to investigate if college students would create false memories of childhood experiences in response misleading information and repeated interviews. In both we contacted parents obtain about events that happened the during childhood. a series interviews asked recall parent-reported one experimenter-created event. second experiment varied age at which claimed event occurred. found some individuals created these circumstances no effect attempted incorporation. also those who discussed related background knowledge early were more likely recall. Generalizations therapy contexts are discussed.
