摘要: Abstract The mode of growth Entomophthora grylli and its effect on locusts grasshoppers are briefly described. In recent years infestations several species Acridoidea have occurred in Thailand, notably Patanga succincta. two consecutive caused extremely high mortality among immature adult during periods particularly heavy prolonged rainfall, was probably the most important factor. Minor infections also at other times year following less rainfall. recorded 10 locust grasshopper. It is concluded that usefulness as an agent biological control unlikely to be improved upon unless a strain which requires drier cooler conditions for produced artificially.
