摘要: The histochemical localization of cytochrome oxidase within the normal retina and lateral geniculate nucleus (LGN) cats, ferrets, monkeys revealed that distinct layers, types cells, portions neurons are more intensely stained than others. dark staining photoreceptor inner segments cone pedicles light outer segments, somata, rod spherules demonstrates different same cell may have disparate but levels oxidative enzyme activity.
