摘要: Our current understanding of the ability climate models to provide insight into possible impacts enhanced greenhouse effect on climatology tropical cyclones and extreme rainfall events is reviewed. At present, because insufficient resolution their generally crude representation sub-gridscale convective processes, little confidence can be placed in any definite predictions such effects, although a tendency for more heavy seems likely, modest increase cyclone intensities possible. In view authors, it would unwise exclude substantial local changes climatologies these phenomena, especially at regional (sub-continental) scale.
