摘要: In this study, an environmentally friendly magnetic dispersive micro solid-phase extraction was developed based on a deep eutectic solvent as carrier and disperser of ferrofluids for the isolation pre-concentration meloxicam from biological samples. The extracted analyte then analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV). ferrofluid prepared via combination silica-coated nanoparticles ethylene glycol/choline chloride carrier. method, rapid injection into sample solution using green increased contact surface between adsorbent target which reduced amount time. A fractional factorial design used screening some effective parameters such SiO2@Fe3O4, time, pH solution, salt, volume desorption solvent, were optimized central composite design. Optimized conditions were: SiO2@Fe3O4 2 mg; time 1 min; 4; 200 μL; min. Under optimal conditions, wide linear ranges 5–500 μg L−1 water 10–500 obtained urine plasma samples acceptable recoveries above 89.2%. Limit detections (LODs) in range 1.5–3.0 L−1. enrichment factors achieved 44.6 relative standard deviations lower than 6.2%.
