摘要: Abstract Cu nanoparticles were fabricated by ablating a plate in polysiloxane oil with laser pulses of 1.4 MW/mm 2 (wavelength: 532 nm, pulse width: 5 ns). Polysiloxane was useful to avoid oxidation and aggregation particles. Particle size 2–20 nm confirmed TEM observation samples. Solid materials containing also curing at room temperature.
