摘要: The invention discloses a glass fiber board or section pipe and forming method. surface of each filament is sequentially coated with treating agent thermoplastic resin; the filaments are arranged along length direction pipe, width board, in uniform multi-bundle manner; enter die respectively by first guide roller, an immersion system third heating device; device heats filaments; tank immerses filaments, second dries heated filamentary strip thin film molten state cavity devices under speed. resin fibers compounded; easy to form; equipment cost reduced; operation difficulty saved; production efficiency improved over 30%.
