摘要: The rheology of foams is a difficult subject due to the complexity their structure and nature components. It’s influenced by multiple factors including: liquid bulk properties, gas air phase volume, volume fraction, solution viscosity, interfacial thin film visco-elasticity, bubble size distribution, shape. A adsorbed surfactants or biosurfactants state adsorption layer also modified properties film. physical measurements foam rheological are complicated its inherently unstable nature. Therefore, this review focused on studies comparisons between various surfactant based biofoams having wellcharacterized different properties.
