摘要: The Cytochromes P450 (CYP450) are the principal enzymes of phase I involved in metabolism xenobiotics and endogenous substrates. CYP450 1, 2 3 families play a crucial role excretion drugs. Members 1 absent or low concentration fetal stage; their expression increased after birth until they reach highest quantity adult phase. While members family major human liver at all stages development. Changes different period development can contribute to drug response / toxicological effects them. This review integrates information about hepatic during adulthood.
