摘要: The historical development of interferometry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy has been presented earlier in this volume; however, it should be noted that the first chemical applications FT-IR were made far region spectrum (~400 to 10 cm-1) because instrumentation required study was much simpler than needed for mid or near regions. instrumental advantages included a lower tolerance mirror drive Michelson interferometer, smaller dynamic range interferogram, longer sampling time which resulted reduced number data points. However, also had its inherent difficulties such as low-energy sources, poor detectors, lack suitable optical materials, spectral interference water. Researchers area have overcome most these therefore investigations become widespread. In following sections, some will examined and, when applicable, they compared with more conventional grating spectrometers. It seems appropriate begin discussion brief outline initial interferometry.
