摘要: Alternative approaches to the alleviation of suffering depend upon type suffering, but all types need be addressed at both individual and institutional levels. Adequate relief social however, depends largely on solutions. The various dimensions quality are listed discussed. Data comparing inter-nations inter-states presented show misalignment between available care resources potentially relieve those who suffer. Charts reveal that countries high tend low caring or charitable capacity, vice versa. Suffering cannot relieved without redistribution with higher incomes contributing projects least as much proportionately lower incomes. Global inequality is a major cause widens gaps in care. Inequality income-based residential segregation needs tackled well. Despite some progress reduction global has been growing steadily for two centuries. Major reducing making headway turning around recent alarming spike national inequality.
