摘要: Human plasma cell lines producing IgG were cloned by the limiting dilution method from polyclonally immortalized B-celllines with plasmid DNA (pSVTLbsr) containing simian virus 40 (SV40 )-gene primary peripheral blood mononuclear cells of healthy and nonimmune volunteers. The fused well conventional partner became evenly JgG-producing hybridomas at high efficiency, especially human origin. One difficulties in obtaining stable IgG-producing hybridoma using Epstein-Barr (EBV) transformation followed back fusion cells, might mainly be attributed to inability immortalize on account very low density CD21 (EBV receptor) surface. present CD2I-independent immortalization infection SV40 protein-coated will a potentially effective obtain monoclonal antibodies.
