摘要: Future Internet will be highly heterogeneous supporting a multitude of access technologies with overlapping coverages. The automation and optimization network operations like resource, mobility or QoS management in such multi-access multi-operator environment becomes very challenging but vital task order to ensure smooth operation user satisfaction. Cognitive is seen as the solution for this. However, any self* mechanism designed small- scale networks requiring an accurate view whole status decision-making not able meet future needs. In this paper, we propose novel architecture targeted large multi- networks. introduces hierarchy scalability. We also present results obtained from case example proposed implemented our cognitive testbed.
