摘要: Fluidized bed steam gasification of solid biomass yields a high quality producer gas, which can be used for efficient combined heat and power production (CHP) as an intermediate product chemical syntheses. In order to study the behavior 8 MW (fuel power) CHP plant, has been in successful operation since 2001, comprehensive model library developed equation-oriented process simulation software IPSEpro. The models are validated with measured data from commercial scale plant. Because every is based on conservation mass energy, also allows validation data. By solution system describing entire process, uses input, reference case actual plant defined. next step, studied during variations selected parameters. Therefore, reactor, able describe parameter variation, necessary. It shown that fuel water content temperature significantly influence global performance. predicts efficiency existing optimized operation. Finally, part load investigated performance map presented. results show CHP-concepts fluidized reach electric efficiencies overall utilization rates even at small capacities 10 power.Copyright © 2005 by ASME
