摘要: This study aims to compare 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 (25(OH)D3), adiponectin (ADPN) and apolipoprotein A5 (apoA5) levels among subjects with different glucose tolerance explore their correlation lipid metabolism. Subjects were divided into 98 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM group), 87 impaired regulation (IGR group) 100 normal (NGT group). 25(OH)D3, (ADPN), (apoA5), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) blood estimated analyzed. It was found that the ADPN, apoA5 high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in T2DM IGR groups lower than NGT group, while HbA1c, total (TC), triacylglycerol (TG) LDL-C higher group (P<0.05). Levels HDL-C group. However, TC, TG Therefore, low plasma ADPN may possibly be risk factors for tolerance, thus concentrations could important prevention dyslipidemia T2DM.
