摘要: In this study, we assessed the prevalence of overt and occult hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection among leukemia patients. Among 256 patients 377 fracture (control group), found that surface-antigen-positive rate was greater in than controls (odds ratio, 2.08; p = 0.01). Moreover, HBV higher (10.5 % vs. 2.9 %; odds 3.92; < 0.001). The genotype distribution differed significantly between chronic or control groups (p 0.001 0.01, respectively); specifically, C primarily observed with leukemia. stop codon mutation amino acid substitutions major hydrophilic region did not differ groups. Thus, is patients, differs infection.
